 This class has a focus on yoga as an act of self-care with emphasis on nourishing and nurturing ourselves. A space to tune into your personal needs and where guidance is offered for adapting your yoga practice accordingly. We will use a mixture of slow flow, intuitive movement, yin/restorative poses and guided relaxation practices.

These classes are £15 drop in or £12 concession, If you pay for a block of 6 classes the price is is reduced to £12 per class or £10 concession. Please get in contact about this option.

During this class you may encounter a mixture of yoga styles, and other movement practices. This is a space where students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and empowered to move in their own unique ways. You are invited to be creative, to break outside of movement habits and patterns.

 

This class is for you if you are curious about exploring yoga or movement and if you want to build knowledge and confidence to build your own personal yoga practice.

 

You don’t need any prior movement or yoga experience.
