 This class has a focus on yoga as an act of self-care with emphasis on nourishing and nurturing ourselves. A space to tune into your personal needs and where guidance is offered for adapting your yoga practice accordingly. We will use a mixture of slow flow, intuitive movement, yin/restorative poses and guided relaxation practices.

These classes are £15 drop in or £12 concession, If you pay for a block of 6 classes the price is is reduced to £12 per class or £10 concession. Please get in contact about this option.

 

YOGA & INTUITIVE MOVEMENT

This class has a focus on yoga as an act of self-care with emphasis on nourishing and nurturing ourselves. A space to tune into our personal needs and where guidance is offered for adapting our yoga practice accordingly. You can expect a mixture of slow flow, intuitive movement, yin/restorative poses and guided relaxation practices. There will be the option to explore moving outside of linear poses & structures and playing with fluidity in our practice.
