A space for exploring yoga as an act of self-care, with emphasis on nourishing and nurturing ourselves. A space to listen to your body, to tune in to your personal needs and to adapt your yoga practice accordingly. I will be offering a mixture of slow flow, intuitive movement, yin/restorative poses & guided relaxation practices.

We feel that dance is needed more than ever and our intention is to create an online offering that invites you to come home to your body, to express yourself freely and to build the courage to dance without inhibitions. This space is for your own free-form movement supported by a powerful soundscape.
