New Spring Dates:
A space for exploring yoga as an act of self-care, with emphasis on nourishing and nurturing ourselves. A space to listen to your body, to tune in to your personal needs and to adapt your yoga practice accordingly. I will be offering a mixture of slow flow, intuitive movement, yin/restorative poses & guided relaxation practices.
Circle has been a way of gathering for many centuries, each woman takes her place as equal. It is an opportunity to be held in a space of non-judgment and to offer each other support by practicing yoga together.
You don’t need to have any prior experience, you are welcome just as you are.
Taking place in the cosy cabin at Barracks Lane Community Garden, a haven of nature in the city. On cold evenings we'll have the wood burner to keep us warm!
