New Spring Dates:

12th March

9th April

14th May

A space for exploring yoga as an act of self-care, with emphasis on nourishing and nurturing ourselves. A space to listen to your body, to tune in to your personal needs and to adapt your yoga practice accordingly. I will be offering a mixture of slow flow, intuitive movement, yin/restorative poses & guided relaxation practices.

Circle has been a way of gathering for many centuries, each woman takes her place as equal. It is an opportunity to be held in a space of non-judgment and to offer each other support by practicing yoga together.

You don’t need to have any prior experience, you are welcome just as you are.

Taking place in the cosy cabin at Barracks Lane Community Garden, a haven of nature in the city. On cold evenings we'll have the wood burner to keep us warm!

Cost:
£15 per session

March 28, 2020

Saturday 28th March 10am-4pm @ Wytham Village Hall

We call on you!  Whoever you are, whatever size or shape your body.  In this day’s workshop we aim to awaken the sacred within our bodies, and journey to meet the Goddess, through guided visualisation, drum journey and embodied improvisation. Then we'll give space for whatever wants to be expressed through dance. Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to be yourself, to surrender to the rhythm and move freely to wide variety of music. There are no steps to learn, only your natural rhythm waiting to be discovered. Throughout the day, we will hold a sacred space for radical playfulness as we invite the Goddess(es) to come into life through us.

You can expect a broad spectrum of music genres anything from Classical to Drum n Bass & Jungle, including House, Techno, World Music and Electronica. You'll find some classics & old favourites alongside the latest releases on the dance music scene.
