A space for exploring yoga as an act of self-care, with emphasis on nourishing and nurturing ourselves. A space to listen to your body, to tune in to your personal needs and to adapt your yoga practice accordingly. I will be offering a mixture of slow flow, intuitive movement, yin/restorative poses & guided relaxation practices.
Circle has been a way of gathering for many centuries, each woman takes her place as equal. It is an opportunity to be held in a space of non-judgment and to offer each other support by practicing yoga together.
You don’t need to have any prior experience, you are welcome just as you are. You don't need a matt, but it's great if you can make yourself a nest/ cosy space with cushions and blankets. Either that or in bed!
Taking place on Zoom. You will need to download Zoom (it's free!) prior to our gathering. You will be sent a link via email to join the meeting before it takes place. Please aim to join us live for this session as it will not be recorded.
